1. Be with friends
Be with friends when you feel sad. They only know about you fully. Just take a ride with friends to anywhere. This will help you to change your mood.

If you start to be in alone it will damage your entire mood. Then sadness will be in your life permanently. Be in the public place to avoid loneliness.
3.Play with small kids
One of the best medicine for Mood change. Just play with them. Be active with them. Give what they asked. When you are with a child, you will also change as a child. They will change you like that.

Songs are written based on the situation. It will change your situation too... Whenever you are in sad, take your mobile with headphone, put one motivational song. It will change your entire mood
If you are alone somewhere, Don't worry. To change your mood take the phone and make a call to your best friend. Talk whatever you want. Spend time with the person. By this, you can change your mind.
A long walk with your loved one. This will give you great relaxation in mind. Take some fresh coffee or tea for refreshment.
